Born in Illinois and raised in Florida, Real Estate and Estate Planning Attorney Michael LaCava graduated from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law in 2013. During school and thereafter, Michael gained valuable experience in the areas of Criminal Law, Personal Injury, Family Law, Real Estate Law, and Labor and Employment.
In 2015, Michael resettled in Illinois with his family, and shortly thereafter founded LaCava Law Firm, LLC, and began serving the Fox Valley area and surrounding Chicagoland. In a short time, Michael earned an excellent reputation for his thoroughness, knowledge, accessibility, and professionalism.

Gilberts is a village in Kane County, Illinois, United States. The population was 6,879 at the 2010 census,[3] up from 1,279 at the 2000 census. The population continues to grow at a rapid rate: as of 2018 the estimated population was 8,097.[4]
As of the census[9] of 2000, there were 1,279 people, 394 households, and 351 families residing in the village. The population density was 398.0 people per square mile (153.8/km2). There were 398 housing units at an average density of 123.8 per square mile (47.9/km2). The racial makeup of the village was 95.86% White, 0.16% African American, 0.31% Native American, 1.64% Asian, 1.56% from other races, and 0.47% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 3.36% of the population.
There were 394 households, out of which 51.0% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 79.9% were married couples living together, 6.3% had a female householder with no husband present, and 10.7% were non-families. 8.9% of all households were made up of individuals, and 2.0% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 3.25 and the average family size was 3.43.
In the village, the population was spread out, with 31.5% under the age of 18, 7.6% from 18 to 24, 31.2% from 25 to 44, 25.7% from 45 to 64, and 4.0% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 36 years. For every 100 females, there were 98.3 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 100.0 males.
The median income for a household in the village was $87,847, and the median income for a family was $92,433. Males had a median income of $57,300 versus $32,375 for females. The per capita income for the village was $31,898. None of the families and 0.6% of the population were living below the poverty line, including no under eighteens and 5.1% of those over 64.
